      I use the #7 mix for breakfast Meat 25 lbs at a time I do add 4 tbs sage ( rubbed) and I absolutely love it. The whole family loves this fresh pork mix .

      Great seasoning!! Been using this for 30 years very hard to come by in the stores anymore probably the best breakfast sausage taste out there!! Sausage maker supplies was great to work with -professional -quick and even helped me make the order
