Made 25 lbs. venison/ pork 19mm snacks sticks using this seasoning + 21/2 lbs, high temp pepper jack cheese. Man o man! Good stuff!
I have been using leggs jalapeno sausage mix for years and it is the perfect mix. We make link sausage with venison and wild pork and it comes out perfect every time. We have also used it without the cure and made perfect venison and pork burgers. Usually we mix cheddar cheese in with the mix before we run it through the stuffer
