Our premium natural sheep casings are perfect for creating tender, juicy sausages and snacks with the ideal "snap" in every bite. These natural casings are ideal for making breakfast sausages, snack sticks, hot dogs, and other smaller diameter sausages.
Packed in purified salt, these casings have an indefinite shelf life when stored in the refrigerator. Before use, soak the casings in lukewarm water for at least an hour to remove excess salt. When properly refrigerated, salted casings maintain a long shelf life. If left unrefrigerated, they may develop a strong odor, which generally subsides once returned to proper storage conditions.
An edible casing generally used to make pork sausage links or breakfast sausage.

Stuffing capacity per hank: 50-60 lbs.
Diameter: Approximately 7/8" to 1" when stuffed

Sheep casings
This is a second review a follow up of sorts. I was not happy with them when I received them but since then I went back and read more about them I followed the directions and they didn’t smell as bad. I was able to use them with no problems. Very pleased with them. Them I received a call to check on how the company could solve my problem and I was able to tell the it was resolved and will be shopping with them again. Vers fast on delivery and customer service! Thank you
