Our local meat market often offered Butter Garlic chicken breast in their meat case. Recently they have been offering it less and less. If I asked they would marinate a batch and I would purchase 5 to 10 pounds and vacuum freeze it. My wife and I prefer it for most of our chicken recipes. I have researched how to get that exact flavor and decided to try A.C. Legg #144 and use it with a STX vacuum tumbler. This was by far the best home marinated chicken breast we have ever had, it matches the meat market product exactly. I am sold on A.C. Legg marinade and am anxious to try other marinades from them.
