This stuff is amazing!! We use it in our ground deer and it makes some of the best burgers and anything else you can use ground deer or ground beef in. You will not be disappointed!!

Excellent for ground venison
We always use this seasoning for our ground venison. Typically we also add 20-30% pork butt for fat and moisture. This seasoning is particularly great for moderating the flavor of mature rut phase bucks. It's the only way one sensitive palate in my house will eat some of the deer we bring home. It gets raves at cookouts, most can't believe they're eating venison. Try it and you'll see!
