    This seasoning gives an excellent flavor to pork chops, pork ribs, and chicken grilled or cooked on a rotisserie. Many people like to use about 1/3 Oz. of seasoning to a pound of meat. For an enhanced BBQ flavor, hold the meat 4-6 hours at 40° F after seasoning before cooking. This seasoning may also be mixed with ketchup or commercial BBQ sauce to increase their flavor. Add to taste. Make every BBQ a memorable feast with this signature blend.

      We love this seasoning!! It goes great with anything but we use it to marinate Boston Butts. We love Sausage Maker Supplies! They have great products and fast delivery!!

      I have used the A.C. Legg’s Barbecue Seasoning and Rub Blend #107 for years and I haven’t found anything to even compare with it. I love to use it as a rub on pork. It is wonderful on baby back ribs. I can eat them with nothing else on them or use BBQ Sauce on them after cooking. This really adds flavor to any meat including pork, beef, chicken and seafood. I just can’t say enough about this Seasoning & Rub. Try it, I know you will like it.
