      I've used Legg's seasoning for many years, out in AZ with Elk and now in OH with deer. We love the taste of the hot Italian mix, don't change the seasonings

      I've been using Blend 103 for 50 years! And, it's still the same quality and great taste! "Best Bargain in town." I turn ordinary ground pork into Real Italian sausage for pennies. Perfect for pizzas, "burgers" and even incredible Chinese roast dumplings. Make it one pound at a time, put in a zip bag and freeze it. While still slightly frozen, cut into finger size pieces and cook immediately. You'll get a crisp outside while still juicy on the inside without messy casings! Sausage Maker Supply is "Top notch!"
