PEPPERONI SNACK STICK SEASONING
Tastes EXACTLY like pepperoni if you add encapsulated citric acid with it. I use 19g pepperoni seasoning and 3.4g of ECA per pound of meat. It is a little salty to me, but I usually cut may salt in sausage recipes by 50% (high blood pressure). It is worth the money.
