26mm Cellulose Casings – Skinless Hot Dog Casings
These 26mm cellulose casings are ideal for producing classic skinless hot dogs with a smooth, uniform appearance. Designed specifically for commercial or home sausage makers, these casings create that familiar hot dog shape during cooking and are easily peeled off after processing.
Made from food-grade cellulose, they are non-edible and designed for removal after the sausage has been cooked and set. They’re compatible with most automatic or manual stuffers and hold their shape well through smoking, steaming, or poaching.
