Legs Restructured Bacon Seasoning.
Used this product for several years mixing venison and wild pork at about 60/40 mixture. Doesn't so much taste like bacon, but, has an excellent flavor when processed in a hot smoker and deli sliced. Great as a cold cut with most anything to include deli sandwiches and subs.
