I have used this product for many years. It is in equal amounts just the right season mix. I not only use it for pork sausage, but also to season my pork roast, also for meat loaf, among others. Ridiculous good!!! I’ve been using this product for 25+ yrs. I’ve probably gotten another 25 friends and all of my family using this for dry rub ribs & pork chops. When I ask my kids what they want for their birthday dinner, hands down “ your dry rub ribs!!!”
